Natalia Berindean is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, class of 2001. She is a solicitor and barrister and has been an active member of Cluj Bar Association since 2005.
She has over 17 years of experience in commercial and corporate law, she legally advises, assists or represents clients in various litigations before courts, authorities, bailiffs or others.
She has been fascinated since childhood with all that the legal profession involves and feels lucky to be able to say that she is doing what she really loves.
She became specialised in commercial advice and in all that the current business of a company involves, from incorporation, the investments and contracts a company is involved in, to the relationship with its employees, authorities, and last but not least with its customers and suppliers – both in Romania and abroad.
She is passionate about the legal implications of promissory notes and Cheque notes, about the guarantees granted through these payment instruments and especially their enforcement and challenging.
Given the development in recent years in the IT and outsourcing market, she currently provides consultancy for everything that involves the relationships of clients with their customers, employees and the Romanian authorities.
Being convinced that it is in the interest of the client to find a way to amicably resolve seemingly irreconcilable disputes, in a short time and at low cost, as human relations are a win for everyone.
Everything related to divorces and child protection is another passion of her, knowing that not any lawyer can offer proper advice to the client in order to make the best decission, in such a delicate procedure as the divorce, especially when underage children are involved.
Since 2011 she has been a member of Cluj Association of Business Women (Asociația Femeilor de Afaceri – AFA), with which she involves in several projects in the community to which they belong. She supports education, young entrepreneurs and performance.
She is fluent in English.
